Service Terms

These Service Terms are part of Your Terms with Navirego and its products and/or services. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these Service Terms have the meaning set forth in the Terms. In any situation in which there is a conflict between these Service Terms and the Terms, these Services Terms control with respect to features and services governed by these Service Terms.

Preview Features

• This section governs Your use of services or features that Navirego offers on a preview, beta, or early access basis (“Preview Features”). Any Content related to the Preview Feature may be used to improve the Service.
• Preview Features are offered on an as-is and as-available basis. Your access to or use of Preview Features is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Navirego expressly disclaims all, and You receive no, warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including by not limited to, those of merchantability, satisfactory quality, title, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Navirego's liability to You with respect to Preview Features is limited to $0 (no liability)
• Unless indicated otherwise on these Service Terms, Preview Features will be metered and billed as normal usage of the Service.
• Navirego may materially change Preview Features during the course of the preview and may opt to discontinue Preview Features.

Data Storage Location

1. By default, Customer Data is stored in any of the locations Europe and/or Asia.
2. Where supported by our underlying cloud service provider(s) and where otherwise in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, You may request to have your Customer Data stored in the choice of your location, and Navirego will use commercially reasonable efforts to support such requests.
3. You acknowledge that storing Customer Data in your choice of location may affect performance and availability of the Services.
4. You further acknowledge that processing of Customer Data will still occur within the Navirego's choice of location.

Targeted Source Features

1. The use of certain services and features either requires You to ingest documents into the Navirego AI Platform or relies on the Navirego AI Platform’s ability to target specific exogenous data sources (such as publicly available web sources) (“Targeted Source Features”).
2. Documents provided by the authorized user and ingested by the Service are specific to the user ingesting the documents and remain queryable by the authorized user only during that user’s session. All such ingested documents are Customer Data.
3. Content may contain portions of the Customer Data or portions of data from the exogenous data sources.
4. Usage of the Targeted Source Features will count towards Your Query Limit and each Targeted Source Feature query will count as 3 Queries towards your Query Limit.
5. The Targeted Source Features are part of the Basic Service.

Acceptable Usage Policy

1. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of Your Terms with Navirego AI. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy have the meaning set forth in the Terms.
2. You agree not to, and not direct or allow third parties to use the Navirego AI Platform.
3. To violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others.
4. To engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity.
5. For any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose.
6. To affirmatively represent or hold out Output as solely human-generated.
7. To intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature.
8. To interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by anyone.
9. To disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services.
10. To use the Services in violation of the Terms and Conditions
11. To build similar or competitive products or features of the Navirego AI Platform or of our subcontractors.
